How long after a repair before I get ice again?
Most ice makers need several hours to finish a first full cycle after service. Expect a batch or two of small or cloudy cubes at first. Toss those. If the freezer is holding temperature, production usually looks normal inside a day.
Is it worth fixing the ice maker or should I replace the fridge?
